OK, I've been looking around trying to find out the accuracy of the USP's and haven't had much luck . I am neither good enough of have the equipment to test mine. So how accurate are the regular fullsize USP's at 25yds? Is an Elite that much more accurate? thanks. |
I have stood at the 75 yard mark and shot an 8" steel plate... all day long... ponk, ponk, ponk. I used my HK USP Full Size. I don't think the CCFA barrel and Vortex Supressor made that much difference. Maybe it was the O-ring. I then tried my buddy's standard USP. Same result. Larry (www.CCFA.com) sold me a Saudi MK23 and altho it's bigger, it's no more accurate. I sold my HK Target USP to my Brother in Law. He can't hit shit. It's the operator, not the iron. Depends on the ammo & the shooter, as always. Generally speaking, you should be able to easily get standard 2-3" groups all day long using decent commercial ammo @ 25 yards, IMO. A good shooter using ammo the gun really likes should be able to get 1-2" groups, IMO. While this sure as hell isn't scientific, it is what I've seen with my USP's. My .o2 |
