Rick Holm of Lazy Wolf Guns posted an update to Instagram in regards to the drop-in flat trigger for the P series. Limited details thus far, but HKparts will be the vendor?

I asked about pre-order but no details yet.

ETA to fix picture link

What's the advantage of a flat trigger?

Depending on many factors like curvature of the trigger, proximity of the trigger guard to the finger during pull, finger size, etc., some people have discomfort in double action. The straight trigger seems to help alleviate this discomfort and keep the trigger finger from wanting to slide downward. In single action, it makes the trigger pull much more 1911-ish.

I put a flat trigger in my DA/SA 226 SE and it made it much less "pinchy" in DA, and the SA pull is also a lot more comfortable. It really changes the gun for me.

Really cool that this is now an option for HKs!
