Im very interested in this pistol and shot one a few times and was impressed, but just dont want a full size pistol. Any talk of a G19 sized model or slightly smaller?

FWIW the VP9 and the P30 are closer in length to many compact pistols (USP Comapct, P229, etc.) than many full size pistols (USP, P226, etc.). The exception being the grip length.
The full size P30 being the P30L. So I don't see a VP9c or a P30c in the works for that very reason, more likely would be a P30sk/VP9sk |

Don't see much difference.... the USPc isn't that much smaller IMO to make a notable difference. I don't see them making another model for such a marginal change. USPc vs P30 
And of course P30 being identicle to VP9
