Is $1,800 a good deal for a basically new Mark with all accessories and case? Thanks in advance. |

A NIB Mk23 can be had from Bachman Pawn and Gun for $1940, so $1800 for a LNIB if it has the warranty card is not all that bad, but I have seen them go for less. Used is used. If it does not have the warranty card then the price is not quite as good since the warranty is not transferrable, but in the real world it is highly unlikely you will need warranty work and if you do, it is also likely HK will fix it anyway. If the pistol really is 100% LNIB the $1800 price is pretty good, but if it has any wear at all, and SOCOM's finish shows wear very quickly, then $1800 is a bit high IMO. If you can do a visual check before paying it may be in your best interest to do so. |

Hello, The SOCOM finish is basically new, no wear or scratches anywhere. As a matter of fact it still has the original oils on the slide. It has about 30 rounds through it, the store owner took it to the range when he first got it in(I guess he shot 3 full mags it came with). Other than that it has been cleaned and put out for display. Warranty card still there as well as the 3 mags and tools with the camo case. I am going to purchase it and pay it off little by little. Thanks for the replys fellas JP |
