Hey HK gurus - I am installing the 5.5lb LEM kit from HKpro in a V1 HK45 and have a couple questions...

Is this kit considered the light kit? 5.5lb is fairly light for a combat trigger but I have heard of lighter LEm pulls than that.

Assuming I have the light LEM kit I should use all the supplied springs in the kit correct? I know some people have kept the original V1 springs to lighten the trigger pull, but I am assuming that was because they had the heavier LEM kit.

Thanks yall...

I believe the standard M Spring that is in your HK45 is what you should leave in there. Don't touch the trigger return spring either. Just install the LEM kit itself and you'll be GTG

I just completed the LEM convertion on a USP 45 Compact. I ended up swappping the trigger return spring. I found the light return spring just made the trigger return and reset feel slow and sluggish. I did not notice a difference between the two when it came to the trigger break.
