Anyone know how to reinstall the trigger on a Colt Woodsman?   Any books would be great…. Stupid spring is going to kill me

Okay...it has been a while so let me think...



The torsion spring's job is to push the trigger forward so that it doesn't flop.  one leg and the coil sit over the trigger pin and the other leg of the torsion spring bears against the inside of the frame, as I recall.  Detal picks really help on re-assembly as there is some tension upon assembly..



The spring sits on the right side of the trigger ( from the firing point of view ) and has to be snuggled in as you re-assemble it.

Ummmm not yet, I have to order a new spring....... You know they can fly like 60 ft at 3500fps second?
