I am getting a Colt Trooper Mk III and need speed loaders. Will the Python fit for this gun or no.

Probably since the cylinders are the same size.

However, HKS sells a Mark III through King Cobra size loader made expressly for these later Colt's.

Seems i'm a little late but i just picked up 4 from big supply shop.com for $7 a piece. HKS and work great.
