Any one have any experience with the Compact? Also what is the best CCW Holster out there for this model? Thanks, ST |

I have had one for a little while. Sold my G26 after carrying it for 8 years. I shoot the P99c A/S a whole lot better than I did the Glock. It is a good gun. I will admit that even with the Tennifer coating, the outter black covering on the metal parts is not as scratch resistant as a Glock is. The metal below is still protected w/ the tennifer, but the gun will show holster wear faster. Anyway, I use a Bianchi 7L holster - I got it from Midway. From prev experience, I had a Galco FLETCH made for a Glock 19, but I used it for my 26. When I used it for the 19, the very end of the muzzle still stuck out a tiny bit and was not protected. But, it worked great for the 26. So, I bought a holster for the full size 99, and it works great for the compact version. Here is a pic...

Well after scouring the internet I decided on a holster from FIST Inc. FIST I will give an update when it comes in. |
