| accuracy is a hit or miss with these guns i guess. Im not an expert shot but im trying to find a away to make it more accurate. Has anybody looked into having the camber cut better or changing the crown? I dont want to put a lot of money into it becuase i have pistols that are pretty acurate i just want a little more out of it. So im just up for ideas its a newer model and i dont have any other failures out of it. |

I would consider the 5" barrel before doing any of that.
The end of the barrel is a nut so it would be really hard to modify the crown. I have the standard/short barrel and it's great for plinking and training––that is why I bought it. I can hit bottles and cans out to ~15 yards no problem, probably futher if I wanted. If you are in the market a super accurate .22LR pistol I would not buy the P22, but that's my opinion... |
| i dont want the 5in one, and mine would every now and then probably hit cans at about 15yrds. Any other pistol i own i can do that with. i just want something to make it a little better. Ive got a browning challenger i just dont want to thread the factory barrel and havent had much luck finding a spare to thread. But its acurate and the trigger is awesome. I have bought the p22 for the threaded barrel. |
