Not with a 940 but I did own a 945.
Functioned well, was easy to shoot and accurate. Never a hiccup ammo wise and factory mags were plentiful at gunshows. Gun leather was a problem at the time but if it fits a Sig you should be good to go. Biggest problem for me was hammer bite. There are after market grips and grip sleeves that might cure that problem available now that weren't then. Best advise is get some trigger time on the gun before you make the purchase. May get flamed for this but Taurus seems to make metal framed guns that you don't hear too many horror stories about. Their version of combat tupperware is another story.
