has anyone here tried the Taurus 24/7 OSS in .45ACP? i'm leaning towards purchasing a 1911 but would like to consider handguns that are perhaps less finicky in .45ACP thanks |
 I've never tried it, hell, are they even out yet? I do own a 1911 that has been anything BUT finicky. |
| I've never personally owned a 1911 but the old 'battle rattle' .45's that I carried in the service always fed and went bang every time. The 24/7 OSS supposedly passed a lot of the Army tests for reliability. Taurus designed the gun for military use. Do an internet search, I have read some articles about this but can't remember where I read them at. |
