My Comp Tac competition pack for my Glock 17 Gen4 showed up yesterday! It is a straight drop paddle holster and their double mag pouch. Initial impressions: WOW! It rides just right, fit and finish are awesome, and it draws very smooth and fast. It holds extremely secure on my Wilderness 5 stitch 1 3/4" belt, yet goes on and off very easily. I've been using a Blade Tech for my XD for years(which I love), but I think I like this new holster at least as well, maybe more. I like the paddle better and it's cut a little lower in the front. Comp Tac mag pouches have been my favorite choice for years, but this is my first double mag pouch of theirs––time will tell if I like it better or worse.

| Comp-Tac holsters just work for me. I just received an adjustable cant paddle, I think they called it the delux simply because it also comes with a belt attachment that I will never use. I paid more for it because I wanted the adjustable cant paddle. Really nice for my latest Glock. 21SF with Pinnacy rail. Kind of hard to find good holster for these because of that stupid rail. One thing I dont understand is why they dont offer the adj, cant paddle by its self with out that stupid belt accessory that I threw in the trash as soon as I took it out of the bag. I meen what a waiste, I paid for that peice that could have been used for something else but to get more money out of the adjustable cant holster they force that peice of crap on you. You will probably like that mag pouch, I love them.. |
