will a reddot or laser help with rapid fire accuracy? i am pretty bad with irons in rapid fire, tend have the rounds fo all over. i shoot at target about 7 yards away.

Slow down
re-start your training with double taps, then build up to 3rnds, then 4, then 5 etc. If you find that your getting off the target again, drop back down to a round count that you are on target and build up from there.
