I'm looking for a good Shoulder Rig for my New Glock30. I would appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks

I don't have one yet, but I'm fixing to order the USH in polymer for my G30.
www.klnullholsters.com/NewHolsters/ush-x.htm

I have one of his SKR for a S&W J-frame and I really love it!

The only possible downside to these shoulder rigs is the fact that you clip the strap that comes across your back, to your waistband.  When you need to drop your drawers, you have to detach the strap.
I always just clip it to the front of my shirt so some tension remains on the strap and the holster stays put.
It's just not a real fast thing to do.

I have worn the SKR under various shirts with better concealment than belt holsters.
The gun is held securely and the draw is really nice also.

OH, wait...I also wanted to tell you that the SKR has got to be my favorite holster
