12 weeks ago I ordered a 1911 commander holster and dual mag holder from Kirkpatrick leather.
It showed up today: 
I wore both items out tonight and am pleased thus far with the quality of work. The holster is stiff and is very comfortable at the 3:30 position. The mag holder was virtually unnoticeable and was very comfortable to wear. This is my first custom leather purchase and I'm pleased initially with how well made Kirkpatrick products are. |
I have purchased several Kirkpatrick Leather rigs over the years. I have a "Cross Draw" rig for Ruger Security Six, a "Camper" rig for my Ruger MK II and a "Sixgunner" rig for my Taurus 627. I've used all three for woods carry and all performed well. I see by your critique that their concealed carry line works equally well.[
