I am looking for my first holster, this will be my first IWB holster, I am looking for pros and cons about these 2 I will be getting one of them. I am left handed and I have a XDS. thanks

Really only you can decide what will work.
I tend to carry appendix IWB so the Incog would be the better choice for me, if I were not a holster maker. 
The winthrop is designed to carry slightly behind the hip and will only work there. Trust me there is no one perfect holster for everybody. |
| With the XDs being so small, I would say try a small single attachment point holster(PJ Holster) and then try one of the hybrid holsters(Old Faithful) to see if that is more comfortable for you. Holsters will add up quickly, I would concentrate more on ensuring you get/have a quality belt. |
