Anyone knows of a company that makes quality shooting gloves? I bought a pair a few years ago and they fell apart after a few uses. I tried ordering from Gripswell but they screwed up my order and I definitely will not order from them. I am looking for gloves to use when shooting my S&W Model 638. Something that will be comfortable, leather, and full length finger gloves.

This, and honestly, if fire isn't a concern, good ole Mechanix wear.

TAG had some ORs about 50% off; some of the guys I know swear by them.

Post a photo of yourself wearing them at the range

They don't look gay like in the picture.  You fold them up at the wrist.  They very comfortable, and worn by many .mil in the field.  The palms are fine leather, and the nomex back is like spandex.  I have several pair, and wear the driving, flying, and shooting when it's cold.  Excellent grip, dexterity, and shock absorption.  My wife likes them, too.

Here's your photo.  (Not me)

I like my Gripswell leather gloves. They are prefect for shooting my LAR Grisly .45 Win Mag.

i swooped a set from my local autoparts store (with the least amount of writing and logos on it) that work quite nicely and were only 12 bucks or something like that.

Well I tried to get a pair from them but as I posted initially they screwed up my order and says they won't have them in stock until late spring.  I won't be dealing with them again and I'm sure there are other gloves I'll be happy with.

This is what I primarily use as well.

Exact same method, too.

tough to argue with the value of the Mechanix wear stuff, and they leave you with good control/dexterity.  That said, they are not heavy duty and will wear through in a season or two of active use.
