Have many of you guys ordered from him?

I've got a buddy who did, and still hasn't received anything from him after 6mo when he was told it'd be 3 mo.  PCH refuses to have any contact with him, he has tried to contact him numerous times through his website and even posted on his FB page and his post was deleted from PCH's page.  He spent over $150 bucks or so on two holsters and he just wants to know he's going to get the product or his money back.

I understand these guys get popular and then get busy, but he should at least be emailing people back when they inquire, even if just to say "hey sorry, my time line was wrong, but you're gonna get your stuff".

I think he's been having the issues filling orders.  There are plenty of people in the same boat as you.  No contact after repeated emails/phone calls.  People were receiving tracking numbers from him, but the holsters were never sent.  Pretty poor customer service.  If you paid via a credit card, I'd just contact your credit card company to get your money back.

It took constant harassment from me to get my holster after 4 months. Quoted 4 weeks.

So did you ever actually get in touch with him?

Took me about 5 months to receive what he said would take only a few weeks.  This was when he wasn't as busy per his words.  When I did receive my holsters, it wasn't even correct.      There's plenty of kydex holsters manufacturers out there...my suggestion is to send your business elsewhere.  Heck, some of his holsters were too tight and needed to be fixed.  The edges aren't smoothly sanded down as well.  Sure, it's probably small potatoes, but other companies have a nice smooth rounded edge.  It looks like he took a file and called it good.  It's not like his stuff is revolutionary.  If I knew I was going to wait that long, I would have ordered thru Raven.  They have excellent CS.  I'm sure his a good guy and all, but when it comes to fulfilling orders...there's something lacking there.  Like the previous poster...it takes constant emails/phone calls to get any sort of traction with him.

Luckily this wasn't my transaction, it was my friends.  So did any of you actually find a shop number for him?  I didn't notice anything on his site, just an email form.

MY holster is coming from Armordillo concealment and I'm super excited to get it!  Only three weeks wait!

Oh yeah...that's right.  Lucky for you.

Yes, he had a phone number on the invoice when it was emailed to you.  Of course, he never answered...I was lucky to speak to him one time though.

Thanks for that, I'll tell him to read his invoice a little closer and see if he can find a number on there.

I had to call and email a LOT.

That and I blasted him on a couple forums. That got his attention.

I have an Hold-Fast IWB from PCH.   I got it last year, and I think it took about 8-10 weeks.   And back then, I think he was backed up a few weeks.     I was quoted about two weeks ago that the lead time is about 10-12 weeks.  So I ordered a Spada OWB for my vest.

If I was the guy waiting for his order.. I would get a refund after getting no product.   I do ask if this friend has some custom work done, since Greg does do custom work, and I expect mine to take all three months since it is different a little from other makers.

Did your buddy ever get his holster?
