| Will a Safariland 6004/6005 holster made for a gun with a light still fit (and lock in) the handgun if the light is removed from the rail? Can you use it with and without the light. |
| I don't know about that specific model, but I do have a Safariland holster for my M9 which has the space for a light, and without a light, it doesn't work. The opening is so large that the pistol just falls into the open area and is anything but secure, even with the holster's backstrap down. Hope that helps. |
