[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need help Identify this brass?

The brass im referring to is about a 1/2 of the way down the page its black in color.

Hornady Tap, which is black nickel plated.

I have Hornady tap and it does not look like this brass.
The brass im refering too in the picture is black except for the rim.

it looks different because of the lighting––unless you're referring to the Black Talon cartridges
