I was out looking for some Corbon DPX ammo today (which is so hard to find it isnt even funny) when a guy at one of the local gunstores told me about Magtech ammo.  He stated that Magtech offers a round that is very similar to the DPX round, but is cheaper.  Anyone know anything about this? Also, what is the general quality of Magtech rounds?

I have had very good luck with magtech, I've shot .357, 38, and 45 with great accuracy total reliability and it even seems to burn clean. I say shoot it.

I've shot several cases of both 9mm and .45.  9mm through HK Compact; .45 thru a Kimber.  No problems to report.

The 147 gr SS, is what my suppressed 9mm SBR likes. Clean, reliable and accurate.
Not the cheapest, but 3 out of 4 aint bad.
