I am looking for 9mm JHP 147g that is water proof, used for selfdefence. What is the best and where can I get it in bulk for pretty cheap. thanks

why is water proof an issue? are you going swimming with your piece?

I use Remington 147 grn Golden sabre . I am pretty sure it is sealed . And aGREAT self defense rd .

IN bulk and cheap is another issue . Good luck on that .

I don't know the numbers but, Winchester makes a 124gn 9mm NATO rnd that meets all your specs.
