Hydrashok is no hotter than 40 short n weak This buffalo bore is true full power 10mm http://i.imgur.com/8VfEc3w.jpg But its $2 a pop shipped underwood is a little cheaper, also full power, but its sold out. Double tap is also cheaper but there's some discrepancy in its velocity compared to what they claim. It does perform well in gel tests Im gonna order some dt soon I would skip the Double Tap and just wait on Underwood. DT is not worth it. He (Underwood) updates almost every week with ammo in stock. Like on their Facebook page and you will get alerts to your newsfeed. I have been able to order some almost every week but it sells out in a few days. |

whats the ballistics on the buffalo bore and underwood? i called and talked to HPR and they said that the velocity on theirs is right at 1300 at the muzzle. not sure of where this is power wise but seems good to me.
as for the bass pro having it maybe thats true in cali (your avatar) but here in nc i havent been able to find nothing but a few boxes of blaser aluminum and no hollow points anywhere so to me its a score. |

Yeah I need to try that stuff too |

According to Intercooler's spreadsheet linked above, the HPR chronoed at 1,283, which is 20 fps faster than advertised and is pretty decent for a 10mm 180 gr. Does anyone know what bullet they are using?
I wouldn't do business with Double Tap because he lied. You can get Underwood ammo as it comes in stock if you want it. Ammo is also available from PBR and others. As mentioned before, hand loading is pretty much mandatory with 10mm, though. If you hand load you can shoot premium JHP for less than cheap ball in most other calibers. |
