I'm looking to do a cosmetic refinishing job on one of my handguns, but I want it to be a tough and well functioning finish as well. Looking through the different spray-on finished in Brownells, I don't understand what the differences, pros and cons are among them. Teflon/Moly, Gun-Kote, Baking Lacquer, Alumna-Hyde II ?? Does anyone have any advice, personal experiences for better or worse, etc., with any of these? Thanks. |
