| I would contact the Springfield Armory Custom Shop. In my experience the warranty/custom work provided by Springfield is outstanding. I dont think there are too many XD gunsmiths out there quite yet. You might want to give Teddy Jacobson a call if you dont mind shipping your gun to Texas. He works on a wide variety of guns and may be able to help you out. |
| Thanks for the reply. What I'm looking for is someone to do any minor fitting required on a 9mm barrel conversation for my 40SW XD. I'd rather not ship the gun somewhere if I can avoid it. If I was going to ship it, I'd buy the barrel from Bar-Sto and they'd do the fitting for me. |
