| Does anyone know a smith that would cut and weld a magazine? I am wanting to cut down my fullsize M&P to Glock 19 size and this would requirethe mags to be resized about 1/2 an inch. Should any competent smith be a le to do this, or am I going to be looking for a true specialized job? |

sounds like he isn't wanting to go that small with the grip. I know canyon creek does this for the xdm. Before the xdm compact came out they cut the grip down to a size in between the new compact and the fullsize grip. They also cut down the mags to match.
Of course now you can just get the smaller compact mags and cut the grip to compact length. You may be able to get them to do this for you. Springer Precision also does this for XD's and XDM's so they probably can too. canyon creek springer precision |
