Can anyone tell me what kind of magazine this is? Model # or what kind of gun it went to?

I am having a devil of a time figuring out the magazine type it is.

it is a 59xx magazine looks to be preban having a an orange follower.

Nope. Just found it in a box of junk.

Totally useless to me. Had no luck searching the internet, as apparently mostly all S&W magazines are silver and orange.. Thanks for the help.
