Don't you wish your department had more confidence in the training they gave you? Do they have silly requirements for On-Duty guns? Also, I don't know where to get the spring, sorry. Yes, I agree with you! I work for a "state Agency" and "we are held to a higher standard" which basically means we have to play it safe when compared to other local agency's policy's in regards to almost everything
Oh, and about on duty guns, for road guys, the only option is the department issued PX4 Storm. Can you guess what department I work for? |

As for the trigger spring, see if you can get a Massachusetts compliant trigger bar and trigger spring from one of the parts warehouses or from S&W directly. I believe that would boost the trigger pull to above the 8 pound minimum requirement. |
