I bought a used 6906 off of combatcarry.com.  It suposedly has less than a 200 rnds through it.  Comes with three  extra mags and Desantis holster.  Original box and papers.  Paid 400.00 shipped.  My FFl called and said it was in going to pick it up tomorrow.  I had one 10 years ago and I have regretted geting rid of it.  They are a good shooting pistiol.  Does anyone besides Hogue make grips for it?

I think Hogues are it.

Because of the way the thrid gen S&W grips work, being one piece and all, there's not too much variation you can do without sinking some money into the design.  Simple panel grips, like on a 1911, etc, are farily easy and cheap to make, so you have more of a selection there.  With the 6906 though, there's not as wide a selection because companies just can't make much money on a grip like that.

It's a fantastic gun though.

I've owned two 6906s in the past and currently have a 6904.  You might consider the slip on rubber grips for a Glock instead of the Hogue grips.  Or cut a piece of inner tube and slip over.
