i have a very dirty 645 that won't shoot correctly until I clean it. I'm not taking it to an armory, I need to know the ins and outs of my firearm I will be trusting my life with. For full disassembly, I can't find any PDFs or videos to reference. I have every screw and pin taken out and am in the process of cleaning, is there a video of a similar firearm I can reference for reassembly

There is an excellent series on YouTube that details the disassembly of the 3rd Gen S&W autos that may help a bit, but the 645 is not exactly the same animal.

You might ask over on smith-wessonforum.com as there are some very knowledgeable folks there.

I couldn't find any videos on YouTube that completely took down the 645. Think I actually used a 5906 video because other than the width of the frame they are virtually the same internally.  Its not a Glock, there are several springs and very small part of thing can go flying, but it's actually pretty easy if you just take your time.
