Looks like it but there's been several grip makes who would put the medallion in the grip panels. They look good so I would care less, IMO.

Those are N frame square butt combat grips.
They are S&W factory grips, made in the 80's - early 90's.
Wood is Goncalvo Alves.
Worth about $125 - $150.
