Strictly for CCW.  My Beretta PX4 45ACP is too large to conceal, though I really do like it.  Haven't had any issues, other than my shitty shooting.

Looked at the Apex thread.  PX4 is DA/SA.  Thinking I like the FSS options more than the DCAEK, as long as I have the safety.  Anybody have issues with this?

Also, I have a TRL-1s on my Beretta.  Would I be able to use it comfortable on the 9c?  The rail looks pretty short.

Any holsters available with a light?  Or how about in general, what are the popular holsters for this handgun?

Thanks all.

I cannot put my Steamlight on my 9c. Rail is too short.

Yeah I figured.  Thanks.

Just grabbed the DCAEK, ordered the M&P9c last night.  Holster will be MTAC with some of their mag holders as well.  Anything else I should do off the bat?  And where is a good place to get mags?

One random question:  Why do some of the M&P9c's on S&Ws site have 10 round mags, and others have 12 round mags?

mags here

12 is the standard mag capacity for the 9c.  Some states have "hi-cap" mag bans and only allow 10 or less though, so these models make it legal to sell in those states.  Also watch out for the model with the heavy trigger, not sure if its NY or maybe MD that requires that one.

Thanks, I was too lazy to look it up.
