Hey guys I just picked up a M&P9 Pro 5" and am a little lost on the Apex triggers. I want the Forward Set Sear and Trigger, but do I also need the Competition AEK Kit? I would think I would but then I would have the sear and striker block from the AEK Kit unused. Should I just buy the Foward Set Kit and the Competition Spring Kit, not the entire AEK Kit? I am looking for the best trigger for my M&P. This is not a duty/carry gun.

If you get the FSS you don't need anything else. If you get the AEK, you can run the CAEK with it. I dont care for the FSS so I would suggest the other latter option. Well I want the triggèr to break as far forward as possible but the fss is rated at 5 pounds while the caek is rated at a more desirable 3 pounds. Please excuse my ignorance on triggers. |
