I had the opportunity to buy a new NIB (Teak Presentation Case) a Model 29-2 with a S/N N744xxx, for $600 from an estate sale of an old 94 year old gun smith. The box even has the Part of the Yellow Tie strap to secure in the the presentation case that had to be cut to pull the S/N of the Pistol. It is Blue Steel with a 6" Barrel I was wonder if any body can tell me an Idea when it was made I know the 29-2 was made between 69-82 since it is a 6" Barrel instead of the 6 1/2. I was wondering what its really worth and she has a second one just like I got that she is holding for me. If they are worth It I would keep one as a Safe Queen and shoot the other.
Any Intel on it would be appreciated Richard Semper Fi
