I just got my M&P the other night and shot it yesterday, Shoots great, but the Trijicon night sights on it just dont pop enough for me to grab my eye well. I am thinking of upgrading atleast the front sight to a Hi Viz maybe in red for the contrast and maybe keep the night sights out back.

Any opinions on the Hi Viz? I played with a 226R with it on the front and looked great for eye pickup indoors for sure but not sure for actual shootability
I also see tru glo TFO's out there and look nice.

Also any pros/cons on the open fiber sights like this vs the night sights in much lower visibility conditions?
I once thought the night sights were nice, but they dont really grab my eye well on any of my guns. I have them on my Sig that I carry thinking I may need the glow some night if I have to use it, but im tempted to change that one too.
The S&W will likely soley be a range gun and nightstand gun with my TLR on it

Get a roll of red reflective automotive tape from an automotive supply store. Cut out a piece, use a pin punch to punch out a hole for the tritium, and put it on your front sight. Then paint clear nail polish over it. Those who haven't done it are going to skip over this post or dismiss it. But I'm telling you, it's super durable, very visible, and won't affect precision.
