Anyone know about an OD Green 92FS that was available a few years ago?  Pics?  Where can one be found?  (no luck searching web)

I've seen some on the beretta forum website.  They look badass I think.  That website is probably your best bet to ask questions on that.  If I recall they did a limited run of them, so you don't see them commonly.

You could always have someone coat it with your product of choice such as duracoat, cerakote, whatever.  Or search for an original of course.

ETA:  I just noticed that on page 27 of the beretta picture thread there is another green one about half way down.

Top Left...  It was a limited production run.  They pop up for sale on GB and Gunsamerica fairly often and go for slightly more than a regular 92 YMMV.

Started as a police trade in 92F.  I added the FS hammer pin, Skeletonized Hammer, FS Slide from auction site , and stainless threaded barrell.  I stippled the front and backstrap and then refinished in duracoat "desert mint".  Internally, I replaced the hammer spring and hammer return springs with lighter versions.  Great shooter.  However, I have since traded that one off

Well it's definitely an eye catcher, that's for sure!  Hopefully you found something good for the trade for that baby! LOL

Beretta made a special run of the OD green model 2000 units, none have left the facotry since..Street price is close to that of a new 92FS seen em go for $450-$600 new. But thy are getting to be collector items sometimes you see people get in bidding wars, other times they sit for $499.

If you do find one NIB, they were made during the ban and should come with 2 10rd mags..
