Other than ~ $200 price difference, what is the difference?

Trying to figure out which one to buy, but keeping in mind future resale value.

I assume you mean 92FS. The M9A1 has a rail built-in to the frame, stronger checkering / gripping along the front and backstrap, thicker front wall of the trigger guard, a slightly beveled magwell, a recessed crown, and comes with PVD sand-resistant mags. All internal parts are the same, and even the slide is a 92FS slide. That's why its $200 more.

Exactly what my response is going to be.  I even posted a video I found on youtube. Great video explaining what the differences are and showing you.  Once someone makes a sticky on the subject this is general answer.

Those are the main differences
