The extractor on my almost new Beretta Neos flew off after about 50 rounds. Where can I find a service manual with a parts breakdown? This looks like a very simple fix. Not worthy of a gunsmith.

Most owners manuals show exploded parts diagrams, does your not? Have you tried Beretta's web site?

Have you called Beretta to see if they could fax or e-mail you a diagram? Seems like it'd be no biggie to e-mail you one.
