[ARCHIVED THREAD] - 92S info needed

I stumbeled across a 92S today at a local gunshop. The pistol is in 95% condition and comes with the original box, two magazines, and cleaning kit. Any idea what it's worth?

How much was the gunstore selling it for? I wouldn't go above $410 out the door, and I'm sure you can do better. Check the magazines - if they are aftermarket use that to haggle down.

You can pick up a brand new one for $429 plus shipping and FFL xfer...no more than that.

I paid $350 OTD for my 92G Centurion. It was in about 95% condition with box/2 mags.

I wouldn't go over $350. I have picked up Stainless ones for $400 in great condition. You can also get NIB two tone ones on gunbroker for under $450

I kind of doubt that. They stoped making the 92S around 1980. The pistol is the second one down. Different slide mounted non ambi safety, and Euro mag release. I'm not really interested in it, but I've never seen one and was wondering about it's worth.

Blue Book says 95% = $375.
