I ahve a plain jane 92 that I've beaten up throughout the years. I'm thinking of having the frame and barrel duracoated in a OD Green and keep the slide black. What do you guys think?

I personally do not recommend dura-coat... I've yet to see one hold up to be worth it.

I'd actually go through CCR and get their cera-hide finish. They have OD green, but I'd also recommend getting the slide done in black, just to be complete.

I had a 96 Centurion slide redone in stainless cera-hide, with house black cera-hide accents. Still looks great, as well as the magazines that I had done as well. In the near future, I plan on sending out my Inox frame and .22 Ciener slide to be matched. May take a little time, but the wait is more than worth the final product.

Just got my 92 back from getting duracoated.  We'll see how long the finish lasts.
