The problem that your going to have is to get anyone to ship you hi cap mags at all, even pre-ban ones, into NY. What you need is someone that flying it LGA every few weeks to bring you some pre-ban mags out of his own collection, then you just pay the cost to replace them with post mags when he gets back to say a house that he keeps in Colorado. |
