All Italian made mags for the 92/96 have the sloped baseplate. The only ones who don't, that *I* have seen, are the Checkmate mags for the 92.

CDNN investments has about the best price I have seen for new mags.  All have the plastic slopped base plates. I do not beleive there are any Beretta factory mags made for the 96 in the US.  Checkmate mags are USGI 9MM mags for the Beretta M9 or 92FS.   BTW, there is someone on Berettaforums.net selling used factory 96 11 rd LEO mags for $14.99.
