If you just want to remove the rear sight, then you can use either a sight drifting tool or a brass punch/hammer. Now putting a new sight on will require a bit of fitting, and/or if you don't want marks, the sight drifting Tool/vice is the way to go. Considering that the tool runs around around $100, you may just want to take the pistol down to a smith and have him change it out for you (read not tool marks on the new rear sight). |
