For those that have them. Is there a hole milled out where the front sight is looking at the inside of slide? Thanks for any help

Is it normal? No. Is it how Beretta made all of them? Yes.

It's pretty dumb but that is how they are. The only time you'll ever notice though is if you put on aftermarket sights as they are all short and don't cover the hole. If you want night sights without the hole being exposed you can send the slide or front sight to tool tech to have a tritium tube installed in the original sight.

+1.  Even on the PX4 Storm .40 S&W.  One thing I learned though.....Beretta's are very skittish on shooting reloads on the target range.  In other words...they do not like reloads.  They are just not dependable on hitting the target on 25 yds.

It's like feeding a Lamborghini with cheap gas.....
