I just found a 92 M9 (I think) it does not have a rail and lacks the safety warnings on the FS, does this model also have the steel and alloy parts found on the older FS series?

Enter the serial number in the Beretta website to find out when it was made. From that you can determine if it has the full steel/alloy parts or the polymer coated ones.
