Who has 226s in stock at a decent price?

Define "decent price".  Haven't noticed any particular shortage of SIG's but if you're buying new in the box expect to part with some serious coin.  Personally I normally deal in the used market.  Good clean 226 should be in the 500 to 600 range, depending on condition, box and papers, local market etc.  You may find one for less but it will take some effort and luck.

I'd say that you can get a good condition used P226 for $400.00 - $600.00 if you look around.

Newest Bass Pro ad shows a 229 for for $800.00 - you decide if its good.  The 226 is normally in stock at the same or similar price.

I paid $650 for a Navy Sig, contract over-run, last summer.

No rail, but great pistol.

Thanks for the input.  I am looking for new, and I'm sure $650 is impossible these days.  I'll keep looking for that .40.
