My 239 had a broken sear spring and was sent to them for a fix-up. They also cleaned the gun, replaced all springs and gave it a LOOK OVER while it was there. It arrived there last Thursday. I was told MINIMUM of ten days turnaround. Well, it is now back in my hands today!!! It's great to have it back. I've been firing my .45's like crazy since my little "9" has been down. Now I can use up the 1200 rounds of winchester white box I've had sitting around. Today was a great day!!! I love firing this pistol.

I have had to deal with Sig CS on three occassions and I can say they are tops... We read a lot about the CS and how bad, but I shipped a 228 on Monday, Sig sent me a pick up click and ship paper so they paid for the shipping to them, the 228 was out of the 1 year warranty.... Back in my hands on Friday with changed parts that were causing failure to eject... Second occasion was I called them about a issue with a side panel grip that was cracked around the grip screw holes, on a 220....gave them my credit card to buy the one side. Package arrived four days later, complete set, new grip screws, Sig sticker and NO CHARGE!!!! The third occasion was for springs and parts, misc items, again 5 day delivery.... I'd heard a few good reports on their speedy customer service once before. And unlike other manufacturers....when you send them the gun for a problem...THEY SOLVE IT! I fed 300 rounds, through the pistol last night(wwb 115 fmj) through a few different magazines. Each round landed exactly where I pointed and royally pi**ed off the fellow next to me whom I was showering with brass! My Mosquito functions perfectly...but it eases my mind that if something goes wrong on it, Sig will make it right. I'm - close to picking up one of those police trade in P6 P225 in 9. That's how much I love my 239! In advance, have a good weekend everyone.
