I wouldn't use any solvent  on Trijicons, if they're Meps I think it would be ok.  Sig was using Trijcon but recently switched to Meprolight for their Siglites.

Why do you need to clean them?

10-12 years on those two brands...look on the sights themselves...see any writing???  Should have TRIJ or some such for Trijicon and some numbers and M and numbers for Meprolight...the numbers on the Trij should be the last two of the year they were manufactured...Meps I believe have letters that correspond to the date code...
Hope more will chime in here...I have used all sorts of cleaners and have had Trijicon (SiGLites) on my pistols since about 1986...never had any problems with the sights and cleaning solutions...Good Luck,

Bill

This was a useful thread as I just got my 220 back from SIGarms today with new Siglites...they are Meprolites as well.

Nice new, super smooth short trigger as well. Lovely, like a whole new pistol.
