I bought a new Sig226 and I am having a difficult time holding it on target for the second shot. Can not keep the barrel from tipping up more than I am used to. I was shooting a Ruger P95 which has a lighter frame and had no problem with it.
Any suggestion or ideas would be apreciated. Hate having a 600 dollar gun that I can not shoot.

Are you just not gripping it right? what caliber is it?

Mine is a tack driver never had a problem with followups.

Just a little 9MM. Tried a couple different grips and got he same thing. Having a little trouble getting my finger in smoothly also because of the short length of the trigger guard.

My wifes 239 shoot great, so far I am disappointed in the 226.

It could be that the 226 just doesn't fit your hand.
Have you tried any other 226's to compare?

Saw him one of the show on TV. Just wish it had worked for me with this gun.

Have not seen any one else shooting one.I ordered one of the Sprinco recoil reducers. If that does not work I guess I will just sell it take a loss and move on.
