CDNN has SIG Factory P228/P229 13rd. 9mm mags for $29.99.

Ivanhoe Outlet has them for $26.00.

ETA: NEVER MIND! The only P229 mags they list in-stock are 20-round extended mags.

The Mec-Gar P228/P229 9mm 15 RD magazines are a very good deal at $18.95 new. They are the manaufacturer of most Sig magazines currently. Plus you get a flush fit with 2 extra rounds.
